Monday – Whispers
Justice • Righteous Anger • Lament • Stillness • Resilience • AuDHD Strengths
We begin the week with sacred whispers: naming injustice, feeling righteous anger that points us toward healing, giving voice to lament, and leaning into stillness. We honor resilience and the unique gifts woven into our AuDHD minds.
Here, every pain and tear, every story and emotion — be it grief, anger, is sacred.
Tuesday – Tending Wounds
Where we name the wounds that once stayed buried. We break the silence that trauma taught us to keep. And we reclaim what was taken—our voice, our worth, our belonging.
Here, we do not tend alone. Jesus—our Living Water—meets us in every scar and shadow. He is the One who kneels with us, weeps with us, and speaks life into the places we feared were beyond healing.
This is a space of quiet courage. Of nervous system grace. Of holy remembering. Through story, stillness, and sacred reflection, we practice the rhythm of healing—not hurried, not forced, but held.
Come as you are. There’s room at the well.
Wednesday – Watering Roots
Midweek Nourishment

Contemplation • Sacred Verse
Designed for the spiritually homeless — those who find traditional spaces difficult or traumatizing due to abuse and/or neurodivergence.
A slow walk through the Psalms, one verse at a time, crafted for tender and spiritually seeking hearts.
We rest in the rhythms of ancient Living words, letting them wash over our souls.
Where two or more are gathered, we know Jesus is with us.
We are enough.
